The GC-10K provides a low cost, portable, easy to operate method of calibration and or pressure generation for the user of large quantities of analog gauges that require periodic verification of their accuracy. It is a self contained pressure generator that allows comparison of a known pressure, displayed on the 0.1% gauge, to the display of the gauge under test or other device attached to the "calibrate" port. The GC-10K is capable of generating pressures up to 10,000 psi by rotating the three handled piston drive screw. A fine adjust is also provided, even though exact pressures are not necessary when using the comparison method of calibration. A 10,000 psig 0.1% gauge with NIST certification is standard.
